Patio Opening Soon!

As you are reading this, we hope that the sun's rays are delivering warmth and color after a long winter hiatus. Never is warm weather more appreciated than at the very start of March in Albuquerque. The French know how to celebrate the coming of Spring, with a cup of white coffee or a glass of wine, enjoying the weather outside cafes all over Paris and beyond.
We at Brasserie La Provence take great pride in our patio, and invite our guests to enjoy our menu in an al fresco atmosphere, starting in March. We now offer our popular Rose Tavel 08, Chateau D'Aqueria, by the glass ($8) as well as the bottle ($38). This wine is ideal with duck and enjoyed even better in warm weather, so there's no better time to see what our patio is all about!

New Red and White Wines!

Our wine lists have been updated! Click here to view.

For a limited time, we offering our guests a very special experience: Beaujolais Nouveau 2009 from Georges DuBoeuf, for $9 by the glass or $36 by the bottle. What is so special about it? This Beaujolais is served, not from a bottle, but from an authentic oak cask.

Our new additions to white wines are notable indeed. Muscadet (pronounced mus-ka-day) "Sevre Et Maine" 2008 by Claude Branger will be available for $28 a bottle. Not related to muscat, a grape which produces many fortified dessert wines, muscadet is a fruit forward white wine with a floral bouquet. This wine is ideal with a plate of fromage.

We also offer Chenin Blanc "Rocher Des Violettes" 2007, from Xavier Weisskopf at $45 per bottle. With a medium dry taste and well structured acidity, this wine goes down best with our Croque Madam, a ham and gruyere sandwich dipped in egg batter and seared to perfection.

Remember, We offer half price on select bottles of wine all day on Sundays and Mondays!
