Valentine's Day Dinner!

On February 14, Valentines Day 2010, Brasserie La Provence will host a special dinner in the tradition of our past holiday celebrations! We will offer a four-course menu, designed by Chef Claude Freeman and Brasserie Executive Chef Armando Alcaraz. Dinner will be $45 per person.

Menu de la Saint Valentin
Amuse Bouche:
Brie en croute--Brie in Puff Pastry with Honey and Apples
Choice of Entrees:
Gratin de fruits de mer emourache--Oysters and Scallops Gratin hollandaise served with entangled shrimp
La salade d'Eros--Fresh spinach, roast gold and red beets , bacon, garlic chips and goat cheese served orange vinaigrette
La Soupe aux Gourdes--Butternut squash garnish with smoked chicken and grilled fennel
Choice of Plats:
La Lotte au Partis--Monkfish, rice pilaf, baby vegetables and tomato pernod sauce
Filet de volaille aux morilles--Roasted airline chicken breast, herb potato puree, asparagus and morel Madeira sauce
Roti de boeuf a la Provencale--Dijon peppercorn crusted sliced bef tenderloin, gratin dauphinoise gruyere, tomato Provencale and cognac cream sauce
La tarte aux poireaux des amoureux--Leek, potato and onion tart served with spring mix salad and walnut vinaigrette
Les Desserts:
La tarte au fruits de Valentin--Linzer torte with Cream Anglaise
Napoleon aux frase d'amour--Strawberry Napoleon with pastry cream
Truffes au chocolat--Chocolate Truffles

We have updated our menu page! Click below to see new selections along with popular favorites. Three menus are now available for viewing: Lunch and Dinner, Sunday Brunch, and the Brasserie Wine List!
Brunch is available every Sunday from 10:30 am to 3 pm. We hope you will join us at Brasserie La Provence very soon!
New Year's Eve Dinner!

Brasserie La Provence is pleased to present our New Year's Eve menu! Our Executive Chef Armando Alcaraz has crafted a fabulous menu for this occasion. For this three course dinner, admission is $50 per guest. Reservations are strongly recommended.
1st Course
Apricot brie en croute with chambord glaze
Roast cauliflower soup, white truffle oil
Pate du Campagne
2nd Course
Poulet aigu de tarragon, grilled asparagus
Crab stuffed sole, herb polenta cake, toasted butter pecan sauce
Tornados of filet, butter poached lobster, braised broccoli rabe, red wine reduction
3rd Course
Créme au caramel
Flourless chocolate cake, café au lait créme anglaise
Mini apple galettes, caramel, cinnamon créme anglaise
OPTIONAL: Guests may opt to add a Surf & Turf entree for $10 extra at this event! Lobster and Ribeye, anyone?
